In Greece dancing is part of daily life and is practised at all kind of opportunities, by youngsters, elderly people, men and women. Also spontaneously, at moments that happiness "Χαρά" and companionship "Παρέα" come together, like birthday parties, village parties or just for fun.

Dancing is a way of expression but also a group process, in which respect for each other and chemistry between people play an important role. Based on these considerations we founded dancing group Chará: dancing with pleasure in a group where everybody is appreciated and with love for Greek music.

Of course we love to give performances on a regular basis, it is nice and motivating for everybody. Having fun is the starting point for these performances.
